6. REFUND POLICY

23.9 Limitation Period

You agree that any claim arising out of or related to these Terms, the Online Cash System, or your purchase or use of the product must be filed within one (1) year from the date the claim arises. After that period, the claim is permanently barred.

24. GENERAL PROVISIONS

24.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Online Cash System and supersede any prior discussions, communications, or agreements.

24.2 Severability
